Our Refund Policy

We understand your concern about full payments upfront. This policy helps us ensure a smooth process and prioritize tasks, but we also recognize challenges like no-shows scenarios , improper identifications presented, document issues, or simply customer just changes his/her mind and, at the same time, we need to cover our expenses for the time consumed and miles driven, and in that case we do issue a partial refund to our customer after deducting our expenses which vary depending on many factors.

Should we not be able to complete the requested service, a full refund will be issued to you.
